Nathan is the Founder and President of Wallace Wealth Management, Inc. and was launched in January of 2015 to honor Nathan’s Grandpa Wallace. Our strong code of ethics was the backbone of choosing the independent channel. After many years of working for a captive agency, Nathan realized people were more important than product quotas and launched his first financial planning corporation in November of 2007. Nathan’s financial career began in 1994 where he worked alongside an established CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in Anchorage Alaska.

Nathan grew up in Wasilla and Anchorage, AK. His first paying job, at age 12 was for his Grandpa Currier’s fly-in-only fishing lodge. Nathan lived in a foreign country and very much enjoys traveling around the world and exploring. His interests are very broad; however, whatever he is doing, he wants to be centered in the moment. Authenticity, daring greatly and living in the moment are the kind of people he would like to attract to broaden his professional and personal relationships.

Nathan lives happily with his wife, four children, 13, 12, six and five years old in Hayden, Idaho.

North Idaho Real Estate

Moving to Coeur d’Alene in 1996 from Hermosa Beach, CA. has proven to be one of the best decisions of my life. What an absolute blessing it’s been all these years to share this world-class destination with family, friends, and clients.

15 Years with Kootenai Title and Counting

I am currently one of the Business Development Representatives for Kootenai Title and have been with the company for nearly 15 years. Like many of us, I was born in California. I moved here over 24 years ago at the age of 22. My first job in CdA was as a valet and then bellhop for the CdA Resort. After 8 years of working for the resort I got back into my true passion, the game of golf. I received my apprenticeship and became a golf professional spending 5 winters down in Arizona working at the TPC of Scottsdale and summers back in CdA at the CdA Public Golf Course. After that I worked brie y as a bartender for Beverly’s at the CdA Resort which landed me a position with Black Rock when they purchased The Cedars Floating Restaurant. I managed Cedars for nearly 2 years before taking some time off and then starting my career in the title industry. In the summers I occasionally guide fishing trips for Castaway Fly Shop in CdA. Some of my many hobbies I enjoy besides golf and fly fishing, is rafting, hiking and snowmobiling and I do have one dog, a black lab named Pearl.
